Institutional Terrorism (TM): The abuse, harassment, bullying, discrimination, or retaliation of employees, customers, or citizens by large and small institutions. Institutional Terrorism MUST STOP and perpetrators should face CRIMINAL prosecution, not a CIVIL slap on the wrist.
